I would strongly recommend this book for anyone who is living with pain. It has practical and insightful steps that really helped me with my pain. I found the exercises to be engaging and helpful in identifying things I could do for myself to feel better. I was resigned to living with daily back pain and after reading and actually doing the exercises in this book I have much less pain and even days that are pain free.
